a. There is an abundance of reports we can run, but to name a few: various AR
reports that show billed, collected, and adjusted amounts, transaction details and
denial tracking, as well as outstanding claims including the claim history.
4. Are Benchmark Solutions medical billing coders certified?
a. Yes, and they go through continuous training to ensure certifications are
up to date.
Pricing
1. Does Benchmark Solutions offer a free trial?
a. We do not offer a trial due to the nature of our products, but we will gladly
provide a reference list for you to connect with current clients.
2. How long are Benchmark Solutions’ contract options?
a. Our agreements are one year in length and then roll into an auto renewal
with a 60-day notice for termination.
3. Does Benchmark Solutions include training, implementation, and client support?
a. Yes, Benchmark Solutions offers both remote and onsite training in order
to ensure our clients are completely comfortable with the technology.
Additionally, we have a US-based customer support team available from
8am-5pm local time. Our client support is responsive to all our clients'
needs and proudly prioritizes client-related matters to ensure a complete
and timely response.
4. Does Benchmark Solutions offer any discounts?
a. We will gladly work with you to offer a fair price for the value of our
products and services.
Training & Implementation
1. How involved will I need to be during Benchmark Solutions’ training and
implementation process?
a. We invest a lot of time in our training programs to ensure we set our
customers up for success. The more you are involved, the sooner we can
get you up and running efficiently. We walk through data transfer, template
and report customizations, and training.
2. How long does it take to set up a solution provided by Benchmark Solutions?
a. This will depend on the features you decide you want. While the system
itself can be setup in several days, EDI paperwork to be able to send
claims, authentication for ePrescribing, setting up Faxing, just to name a
few features will take additional time.
3. How is data transferred from my current system to Benchmark Solutions?
a. Data can be transferred in a variety of ways. We can accept
demographics and scheduling data via CSV files, API connection to the
previous vendor, etc. Clinical notes are normally transferred via CCD
records or as PDF documents.

a. Our support team is available 8am-5pm local time and available 24/7 for
urgent matters. We have an urgent line that is monitored and an email
address, both go directly to our support team.

All new hires are subjected to background checks and required to pass a
HIPAA training course.

Employee access to hardware, applications and databases is restricted to

mandates for Electronic Prescribing of Controlled Substances (EPCS)?
a. Yes, the provider will authenticate via IndenTrust for dual-authentication.
The system will allow the provider to 'sign' the prescription for controlled
substances and send the script to the requested pharmacy.

healthcare regulations and industry standards?
a. Benchmark Solutions employs a comprehensive approach to ensure
compliance, including the following measures:
Benchmark Solutions suite of applications are hosted on dedicated hardware
within a SSAE18 SOC1/SOC2 compliant facility.
Data is strongly encrypted at rest and in transit.
Virus, malware, and active threat detection and prevention technologies are
deployed on all systems.
Network-level and Application-level firewalls are utilized to prevent
unauthorized access.
Daily backups are AES256-CGM encrypted and stored offsite for 30 days.
4. Is Benchmark Solutions HIPAA compliant?
a. As your business associate, Benchmark Solutions is required to conform to all
HIPAA and HITECH requirements.
